Default Newbie Question
I just sent away for my C&R licence this weekend. I know any firearm bought with the licence as to be in original condition. After I purchase the firearm can I then alter it? I am asking because I would like to get an SKS and change it to have a Magpul stock or something similar. Would this be legal to do?

I understood the reply, my wording was poor. I meant to ask what was not legal to do to a firearm.
