http://www.jgsales.com/7.62-nagant-russian-surplus-108gr-fmj,-14rd-box.-p-6865.html

J&G Sales has authentic Russian surplus 7.62 Nagant rounds for cheap. They're corrosive, but it's really easy to clean a Nagant barrel.

Thanks for the heads up on where to get 7.62 Nagand guys. I'm going to mainly reload for mine, but I may get some origional ammo to see how the gas seal works.

Well, I loaded up some rounds today and tested them, but the accuracy is not much better. When I seated the (.313 wadcutters) bullets, the brass would shear off a small amount of the lead. Is that normal? Any suggestions? I really want this revolver to end up shooting accurately so any advice will be appreciated. Also, I loaded the recommended 3.5 gr of Trail Boss, and it kicks harder than the 32 H&R mags did, is that normal?

Thanks

I'm an idiot , I didn't expand the end of the case enough for the bullet. It still shears off a very small sliver of lead, but it is not near as bad as it was before. That should hopefully improve accuracy.

Expand the case mouth enough that a bullet will set in the case. You should not shear lead while seating. Yes felt recoil maybe greater. The .32 H&R case did not fill and seal the chamber allowing gas pressure to escape. The case you are using is sealing the chamber putting more force on the bullet. The bullet base is up setting and sealing the forcing cone. This increase in pressure will give more felt recoil.

Ok, I'll see if I can expand it a little more. I'm guessing the shearing was the cause of the poor accuracy out of my first set of loads (I just loaded 7 to make sure I didn't screw up all 100 rounds, its a good thing I did. )
