My pet peeve? Don't have one. Damned thing got fleas, and we had to get rid of it.
But I am mildly irritated at:
M1 Grands
8mm Mousers
Mussel loaders
Muzzle breaks
Endfields
Lugars
Windchesters
Mossburgs AND

Slayer- if you chewed, a little Beechnut will get them to back off- if not, a good heavy duty hitch thru the radiator does it. M14s- no, not the spelling- people PRONOUNCE them like that! (altho I will admit to searching on-line auctions for misspelled firearm names- have picked up a couple of bargains from folks that could not copy what was written on the barrel!) __________________

That is hilarious.
Aside from guns, I have "ample" supplies of military edged weapons (knives, bayonets and swords) and binoculars. "Ample" as in, hundreds and hundreds. I discovered the same thing you did about people misspelling when selling.
Some of my best items came from ebarf and GB due to misspelling. __________________

Getting their little junk car's radiator OFF my trailer hitch has also been one of my peeves. {Although I note that if I just continue driving it will usually eventually drop off in 6 to 10 turns of a corner.] | |
