My local gun shop has mosin nagant carbine and mosin nagant 22 trainers for $249. Which one should I buy?

i would say the 22lr training rifles are worth a lil. more then the mosin carbines.

which mosin carbine do they have? -m44-m39-ect.

if the 7.62 mosin is an all matching polish rifle,250 is a pretty good deal...i did manage to purchase an all matching m44 polish mosin off gunbroker for $100bucks a few weeks back.

might wouldnt hurt to shop around, but if ya got the ''gotta have it syndrome'' why not get both?

It's the m44. Just pricing around both rifles I found $279-$329. They both seem to be a good price. As far asbuying both I am already buying another rifle it's a charter survial 22.

The M44 has a plastic stock and no bayonet, correct! Not worth the $
The Trainer is a very good price. Expensive for a .22, but a cool piece of History. You should jump in on the Koozie purchase/ Finn 91/30 raffle in the club house.
Beware the charter arms survival rifle. Very inaccurate.

Bought the trainer. The survival rifle was kinda cheaply made. The trainer is in great condition. Stock clean with no damage. Thanks guys.
