I received a 16ga Winchester shotgun model 37A from my uncle and I Would like to know if this gun is very old and what is the value of that shotgun

i know of one in 28 ga. nice bought new in 1970 or 71. What would something like this be worth in very good condition?

My grandmother gave my dad a shotgun a few months ago, it was her dad's and she's had it in the house for years. It's been in the hall closet for 20 years and hadn't been shot in at least 25. She didn't know what kind it was, all she knew was it was a long gun. It's a Model 37 "Redletter", 12 gauge.
