If in original configuration, can be. IIRC, they were from the 1930s. Firearm becomes C&R at age 50 (not the model, the gun in question) Do not know if they went back into production after the war, but THINK that was a later model. Taking end of WW 2 as a conservative date, they would be 68 yrs old now.
