Is a Mauser ES350 .22 a C&R?
 
Is a Mauser ES 340 or 350B .22 rifle considered a Curio & Relic??:confused:

If in original configuration, can be. IIRC, they were from the 1930s. Firearm becomes C&R at age 50 (not the model, the gun in question) Do not know if they went back into production after the war, but THINK that was a later model. Taking end of WW 2 as a conservative date, they would be 68 yrs old now.

NO C3 they were made in the early 1920`s I think, so YES I think they would be, that & they are Military Surplus...............
