Geez, you guys are harshing my mellow... I mailed my paperwork on the 8th, ATF charged my account on the 12th. You telling me now that they have my money I have to wait three months! That's messed up!

I have heard you get a faster turn around if sent to West Virginia instead of Georgia address. Anyone know if true?

Should you put your SS# on the Certification of Compliance

Got mine in on Saturday. 2 months for me. Still haven't got my packet. Said it could be up to 10 days.

This week it will be one month since I sent in my paperwork. I guess I missed out on the "18 days" somebody else was bragging about on some thread, somewhere...

Ya, the timeline for the C&R is in no way consistent. I have heard renewals are much easier though (not a rule though, see above post) Plus, when you start working with your local offices there readily available for questions & issues.
I have heard there is some great info in the packet, I haven't received mine, yet.
