If thats right than it looks like it was made from parts from Australia(O,A) but probably put together at BSA England. The "T" may denote that it was 'scoped(sniper's rifle) No.4

That is the importer and country of origin. Company was based in Vermont, .303 caliber, UK country of origin. Sorry bud.
