and so that certification of compliance is needed only for a non-immigrant applicant as well correct?

That is correct for US citizens it is not needed. I just put N/A in those fields.

Just completed and sent out my application; 8/07/2012. Let's see how long it takes.

I'm leaning towards the m95 Styer wish I could order the handguns because a nagant revolver would be on the top with a makarov a close second might get a Chinese 53 carbine since the M44 seems to be difficult to find spent my evening coping scanning and sending out copies so got a few days to figure it out

anybody sent their paperwork to Century Arms? How long did it takefor them to respond to you? I've sent it in twice in two weeks with no reply. just curious if these guys are even worth the hassle
