Yeah we get lumped in with Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, etc but Maine, NH and Vermont are all very gun friendly. A little gun friendly enclave up here in the northeast.

Default C&R benifits

Another advantage of having a C&R license is if you send them a copy, you can get dealers prices at Brownells and Gun Parts/Numrich Arms. I've saved quite a few dollars at Brownells.

Have you called the local ATF office? While I don't have an 03, upon calling to check up on my 01 the agent said "oh yeah when would you like to meet?"

Quick question about a C&R application. Do you HAVE to have a hunting license in order to apply (per question 10-C)? Or is that question only aimed at Non-immigrant aliens?
