British .303
Hey today I found a .303 enfield for 250 bucks it has all the crown stamps and england stamped in it and looks to be in good condition however it is missing the rear site out of the holder. Is this a good buy? or should I look for a different one? it also has 1940 stamped in it.

That's a commercial conversion of a No.5 Jungle carbine in what looks to be excellent condition. It was originally a No.4 and was converted in the U.S. by the Golden State Arms Corporation. At $250 I would jump on it, if you dont like it I'll give you what you got in it.

what about the rear site missing? could I be able to find one to replace it?

Ok I am gonna do it. I will get it. oh and by the way thanks for the parts website! looks like for about $30 bucks I can get the rear site fixed.

Look at some Prvi Partizan ammo, pretty good stuff. The surplus stuff all dried up, I'm down to my last 250 rounds of it.

ok I will its at a pawn shop i went and put it on lay away lol I am broke right now I just bought a ak 47 so when I get paid again i will get it out lol but I will try that ammo out when I get it.

I shoot Prvi Partizan .303 in my SMLE as well. I highly recommend it.
