The 91/30's are on the C&R list, so if you or your father has a C&R permit (Curio & Relic), you can have them shipped to yourself.

If not, you'll have to have them shipped to a local FFL; you'll pay a small fee for him to perform the transfer for you (mine charges $25, but he'd do both rifles for only $25).

When you collect your weapons from the FFL, he'll perform the same checks as would happen if you were purchasing the weapons from a dealer (at least in Texas he would).

The problem with the 91/30's they transmit a very bad disease called Mosinitis, and the only way to keep it in remission is to purchase at least one Mosin Nagant ever three months.

I just ordered a Hex model 91/30 from Aim today, paid for the hand pick.
I'm looking forward to a nice rifle.
It was about 6 years ago I ordered 40 Yugo SKS's @ 99.95 ea, I had an FFL at the time. I sold all 40 for $150. Customer to clean them up. They were brand new, had lots of tiger stripe in the stocks.
I miss those days. They were beautiful. I sold all 40 in 4 days.
I work with an FFL now, so I get the good prices
