Default Ted Williams model 100

I am looking to refurbish my Ted Williams model 100. My intentions are to purchase a synthetic stock, new sights and duracoat all the metal. I know the model 100 is essentially a Winchester model 94 but I would like to know if anyone has any information about these stocks and where to find them. Same goes for the sights. Thanks in advance
