Preventing Rust
 

I modified pre-ban 30rd AK mags to fit my saiga, the only problem is to make them fit correctly they have to be filed down, to prevent rust I thought i would use a blueing touch up pen but that caused rust to form. I put some gun oil on all the shaved pieces to prevent as much rust as possible,

Any ideas how I can combat rust for good ?

Apparently your saiga mags came in contact with a Kimber at some point. They're contagious. :D
