Default I know its a long shot but has anyone seen this?

I've been killing myself trying to find a stripped lower with this fire mode selection. Is it just myth or does it actually exist? And if so where?

I've seen a couple on spikes that I liked. And I thought they would be the ones out of everyone that would have this. Maybe theres a place where they might do custom work?
