The lower only really serves to keep the important parts together. As long as the holes line up and the thing is to spec, it will be fine. The big knock is it's not CNC machined out of a solid block of 7075 Aluminum and stuff like that.
I ran an Olympic Arms lower FOR EVER and if you do any reading on the all mighty interwebz you will see that is DISASTER waiting to befall me as the poor fool who bought Olympic.

Get a lower that meets your price range and that you like. From there put in good quality parts and understand how they work. When you shoot the weapon, clean the weapon and inspect the parts for wear and tear.
Simple.
You'll be fine. At the top of the AR section there are several helper threads that can answer every question and then some.
