Nice Job!

What is the far right firearm in this pic?

I also wonder about using a long bike cable through the actions for security.

It looks great. If your going to keep all your eggs in one basket I would have that basket's walls and door steel reinforced.

how about putting a solid door and a dead bolt on that closet? It wont protect against fires, but will certainly cut down on accessibility if there are children in the house, or if a bg decides to come steal some valuables while you are away.

Its a pretty old 12 gauge single shot that has a long heavy steel barrel on it.

I have been extremely busy with work and school so I haven't got to make many mods to the closet yet. I plan on covering all the wood with a felt, locking the guns, and eventually a solid door that would be impossible to get in. It currently has a dead bolt to help slow someone down if they try to get into it, but it is serving its storage purposes pretty good at the moment.

Yeah, I missed this one too. Great job. I've got a closet that would be perfect for that, and I think you inspired me to go clean my shop out...well, maybe tomorrow.

Post pictures if you do decided to start one. I could use some more ideas for mine.

Very well done! I have a walk in up stairs I thought of doing something like that but can't get away from seeing them in the cabinet's and living out of town, don't know what runs by the house and would take to long to run upstairs. And me doing home woodworking would never come out that good.
