Lol yep I did a Stevens model 34 and made it look awesome but I put it on trade for a Browning BAR a few week ago now I miss it

Depends on which you want to shoot more and when/if you plan on rescopin the 250

Well the 06 is cheaper and I'm planning on using it for target shooting more then hunting
