If it ever gets done I think you and JD should send them to me with 1000 rnd of ammo for a good field test. I will even take pictures and photoshop them into a collage for you.
Got any idea what 1K rnds of 460 cost?

Man, that sounds like a deal! I wouldn't pass that up.

Cane, here is a low quality picture of Fenrir if you want instead of chopping it up.

Sorry guys, I'm at the mercy of the gunsmith.

I have to admit, although my FENRIR is just aesthetically superior to all others, to reach this level of legend takes time in the crucible of the gods.

I will concede, with no reference to the quality of Big Thunder II, that JD has reached running gun status far ahead of my effort and to that I salute you.

I am NOT satisfied with the conversion to the Rowland and will not complete this build-off until I am 100% happy with this weapon.

When the final tweak is discovered and a remedy is in place I will publish the long road to the finished gun so anyone interested in this conversion will not need to reinvent the wheel.

Beside the final finish, I am still experiencing FTE issues.

Hang in there, sooner or later the long awaited phone call will occur and once again there will be joy in Mudville.

Look, if you like the feel of the "man hammer" in your hands, the steely shaft in your greasy mits, kudo's to you, it's just not for me.

Kimber, on the other hand, is like stroking a well sculpted female thigh up to the gludious maximus.

And then there is Nighthawk Customs, of which I own THREE.

Point. Set. Game. And Match!
