They've put a different finish on them, reminds me of a diner counter top for some reason.

Default And then talking older guns

Mostly I have built singleshot .22s as in Stevens Favorites , Stevens Marksmans, Stevens model 44 and 1/2s and Winchester model 1885 high or low wall...All old designs.. I am entirely about 100plus year old stuff...Here is the copy I built of my original Marlin model 1892 lever action repeating .22 rifle.. I made every single piece of it including all screws and springs and cast the bronze buttplate and carved the stocks....Did use a rifled barrel blank and bought the tube magazine from Wisners.........But nowadays I buy original old receivers to build with...Presently rebuilding junker Winchester model 65 and Marlin model 1893........I have a well equipped machineshop., didnt do all this with a dremel and a rusty file.

I have your father's zip gun for you. It’s the weapon of an old time hooligan. Not as clumsy or random as a TEC 9 or a shotgun; a simpler weapon for a more simple age. For over a generation gang members were the guardians of ethnic neighborhoods in the 50s & 60s. Before grass, before pills, before crack... before the Colombian drug wars.
