This company makes some really nice looking 80% lowers but they're on the pricier side at $150.

I built one. Honestly, likely never do it again. Was a fun project but for all the costs buying a stripped lower is easier and better. Tracking is Not a concern for me though

I bought my 80 percent from sportsman guide then bought the milling bits on amazon and the rest of the AR 15 kit from sportsman guide all together it ran me about 600 when down shoots great
