Default 22lr custom stock

Hello, just wanted some feedback, negative or positive welcome.

I built this lower around the mp5 style straddling stock after observing my 8 year old nephew shooting my .22 rather uncomfortably. The ball just kept rolling.

Thanks beaglesam,

I'm looking forward to my next project. Buddy asked me what I could do with his 10/22, I mentioned a wooden bullpup and his eye's lit up. as I'm writing this, just had a daydream of integrating an under barrel mossberg....

Are there any NFA legalities to that?

It looks pretty good to me, but the most importent thing is that it works.

Try a break action single shot for the under barrel. Fix the barrel and let the action drop to eject the shell. Tried this a couple years ago with mixed results. Barrel to barrel mounts need to be VERY strong. Hope this helps...

Great job sir!

Nicely done indeed. If you ever feel the inclination to make another or get tired of that one please don't hesitate to PM me as I'd gladly buy it.

Perhaps he would like a stock similar to this french walnut stocked 10/22? 2 pics and a pic of a 10 shot group shot at 50 yards from solid bench with hand selected, measured, and weighed match ammo.
