zombie gun

OK heres the deal zombies are taking over and you have just enough time to grab one gun and ammo and get out alive, what do you pick? Only can choose what you have already, none of this oh i would go and take a 50 cal machine gun.

mine would be the winchester 30-30.

Mine would be my AR and I always have one of my Glocks on me so that and my and my range bag with my ammo.

lbwar15 08-01-2012 12:16 AM

I always have my pistol and extra mag(s) on me, so I'll make due with that. But the one I WILL grab would be my AR, vest with all my PMAGS on it, then grab my ammo bag.

Given the weight of the things, I can only assume my fiancée will be there for show/looks, and to let me know where they're coming from....because I'm sure the obvious gurgling and growling wouldn't be a big enough giveaway lmao

My Ruger 10-22 and the 6 25 round factory mags I have for it already loaded and the 2 500 round boxes of ammo i have .22 Cal ammo takes up very little room and is easy to carry copious amounts on your person
and I can easily make clean headshots with it 200 yards away
not to mention shoots quieter than an AR or AK or SKS

However since my SKS is sitting right next to the 10-22 I would grab it up too
And of course I carry A PT-92

I have a custom shotgun that I built for the purpose of being the all-around gun. It shoots .738 lead round balls into pie-plate sized groups at 100 yards, has interchangeable chokes, and can be used with anything that you can load in a shot-cup, (tiny Ice cubes are still giving me fits, but I'll figure out a way one of these days).
It is in fact, the all-around weapon and is a one way ticket to the promise land to whatever I point it at, so 12 gauge it is.

Try making 12 gauge ice cube slugs, pack in dry ice before shooting. Also make sure your slug is smaller diameter than the barrel otherwise youll split it, assuming the ice doesnt pulverise from the pressure shock.

The cia used to make crossbow bolts from water with microphone tranmitters as the arrow head, they would pack them in dry ice untill needed. The idea was if you had to bug a room but couldnt get direct access you would stake out untill they left a window open, then shoot the bolt into he cieling when nobody was around, pretty clever. Admitly the widespread use of airconditioning made this bugging technique impractical as nobody leaves open windows anymore.
