I want to build my first AR 15 but have no clue where to start. So many brands and choices. Any help would be appreciated.

Building an AR-15 is a lot less daunting than it appears to a new person.

Just like anything - the first time you constantly check between your work and Google (like me haha!) - but you'll quickly realize it is nothing more than legos for adults.

Just make sure you have the proper tools - like AR Wrenches. You can buy universal ones that will handle the barrel, barrel nut (if needed), buffer tube, butt stock, etc. etc. For $30.00 or less.

Scroll thru some forums, ask a lot of.questions, search YouTube even more then make up a list of parts. The quickest and easiest would be to order a rifle kit which gives you everything except for the lower receiver. Brownells and AR15.com have a ton of how to videos and detailed instructions. When it comes to working with firearms the ar platform is very user friendly
