Vintage Remington model 14 pump rifle
 

I recently got this rifle and am wondering if any one knows how to switch

the safety to right hand and also what is involved in lowering and cleaning up

the trigger pull. I have had the rifle apart and cleaned it up several times, but

safety is located in the trigger guard housing that stays with the stock when

broken down. Thanks for any help on this fine old firearm

I would urge you to leave leave both things alone and enjoy the rifle as it is.
