I sort of regret getting the Casull. The Casull is a monster to shoot, but if I were to sell it I would take a beating on it. I do love the finish though, it is a tumbled stainless finish that is a dull grey. Looks cool to me. It could use a trigger job though.

7.5" barrel

It has bone-crushing recoil. The first time I fired it the trigger guard hit my trigger finger and it stung like a mothereffer. I learned to manage the recoil differently after that. Much heavier recoil than a .44 mag. After 12 rounds it is just painful to shoot any more.

Just after I bought it a buddy of mine was bragging on how his .50 AE Desert Eagle was hands down a more powerful handgun. He shot a bowling ball with the .50 and it chipped a chunk off, I shot it and it exploded the ball (this was one of those solid resin balls). he said that he had "softened it up" for me. On my way up to his place I had purchased a box of .45 Long Colt which can also be fired out of that gun, so I put 3 of those in and 3 Casull rounds and gave it to him. he fired off the Colts and I was thinking to myself "Those are not full boat .45 Long Colt", so I looked at the box and realized that I has mistakenly bought some Cowboy Action loads

He fired the first Casull round and BOOM!!!! the gun recoiled up over his head and staggered him back several feet, he took the gun by the trigger guard and handed it to me then walked into the house without saying another word. He never bragged on the .50 again to me.

That was some funny stuff.

Hahahaha that is funny. With a 7.5in barrel that thing must be pretty accurate.
