Is there another way to mount this scope?
 

I want to find a way to mount this pso scope onto this monte carlo stock.

1st, welcome to the forum. You may need to adapt the Mosin Nagant base to the rings on that scope but it'll not be a job for the faint of heart. To mount that scope on a Mosin Nagant will require some serious machining skills. You could drill the Mosin receiver and modify the mount to fit though if you don't mind drilling your receiver.
