Default Tcp 380

I have a TCP 380. When firing, the slide isn't cycling and it's not feeding the next round. Could this be a future gunsmith visit or is there something I can do myself?

I have a TCP with about 700 rounds through it. I have never had it not chamber the next round during firing. I would clean/lube it and try again. What grain ammo are you using? If it keeps up send it back to Taurus they have lifetime warranty.
