As it turned out it was bad ammo but i knew my round dicharged down range .
I used a cleaning rod and had to bang it out. Again I new it discharged.
I guess if I was not sure and I had it I would use a dowel .
You might want to do it at a range if your not sure.
If you use wood it is going to split then you are going to hammer on it more thus wedging it in even better.
1. Get a Dewey steel 1 piece cleaning rod.
2. run it down the barrel with NOTHING on the end.
3. Push real hard with your hand.
4. If that doesn't dislodge it move on to a small plastic hammer lightly tapping on the end of the cleaning rod.
5. Repeat 4 using progressively harder hits (Unless you are swinging a sledge hammer) until it either comes out or you are in fear of damaging your barrel.
6. If it's still not out take it to a smith.
