Look at everything JM Browning made. No fancy CNC machines back then. Even though I have many machines, often times on small parts I just use a couple of files to get the part made. Way faster than setting up the milling machine. Hand tools have worked for hundreds of years and they still do.

if you were/are referring to people you've actually encountered who look lost
without proper equipment, then you should have been more specific. when you
generalize or use phrases like "some people" while speaking with a few who
could qualify as "some", it implies you feel you're presently speaking to those
"SOME people"

I am glad I do not have to deal with you in person then...because your logic is flawed (big time) IMHO.

Just FYI. The Universe doesn't revolve around you. If you got hit/hurt...it is because you placed yourself on the target, not because anyone aimed at you.

you keep making assumptions that are completely off the mark, and if you
refuse see how your comments can be seen in a negative light by "SOME
people" then I simply wasted a little of my time explaining it. you're certainly
not important enough for me to direct any snide remarks at you, but you're
more than welcome to take a few more shots at me if it makes you feel better
