plastic grip damage

not sure if this is the proper forum so forgiveness please if it's not! I have a Ruger P345 and I stupidly used a walmart brand spray gun cleaner.. I think it might have been Borekleen but I'm not entirely sure, anyways it did some damage to the grip, no melting or anything just a white stain.. If anyone has ANY idea how to get rid of it I would really appreciate it! Thanks..

Try rubbing some oil on it, then wipe it off with a dry rag.

That's not damage. Just spray it with WD 40.

Take a toothbrush and oil to it. If that doesn't work try a brass or bronze brush and scrub the hell out of it.
