Default Oxynite 122

What is Oxynite 122 ? Is this a genaric name for something eilse?
The reasion I'm asking is I have read that you can use this to get a fake colour case hardened look by useing this or perma blue.
What I have read is that you heat up the piece that you are working on spray with WD40 and dab "oxynite 122 or perma blue all over it let cool off wipe off the oil then using a clear bake on Lacquer to seal it and have whare resistance.
This is supose to put a good looking Fake case colouring on the piece you are working on.
Has anyone tryied this themselves?
Thanks F.K.
