Advice to help. My bestfreinds son was in the army for about 8 years and when he got out he had enough time working on the guns and equipment that he knew enought to get a job working for a gunclub and now he works on there guns and others as well. He has his federal firearms license and makes decent money. So it could work , but if not there are two really good 2 year schools that teach the gunsmithing 1 in in Pittsburg pa and the other is in Colorado. so good luck and remember "you are only limited to what you can't emagine".
