I was wondering if anyone knew how to re assemble a bolt for a Marlin Model 100. I am having problems with the cocking knob assembly that slides into the bolt. There are two springs inside of it that I can not figure out the configuration. There is a pin you knock out to remove the assembly and after doing that you can not tell how the springs where in there. Any help is appreciated.

I haven't messed with a Marlin 199 but Numrich Gun Parts Corporation has schematics that should reveal the proper placement of the parts.
