A lot of guys wrap them with the lathe. You can use a vise and wrap by hand also. I don't remember seeing a hand tool for that.

What can u use them to wrap them around?
You can use just about anything round. You might have to play around to find the correct diameter.
Any where u recommend getting spring stock?
I bought mine from Brownells but that was years ago. Don't know if they still carry it.
