We try to be helpful but don't you think that's something you can determine for yourself and with more accuracy?

If your truly looking for something for long term use spend the money and buy one of these , variable speed 500-15000 rpms w/ foot controller .
They are expensive $300 but its another get what you pay for item . They do make other versions of this our there from China for around $60

I know you've been warned off about the cordless dremels...but i stand behind this tool. One of the best dremels ive used...and ive used a lot!

I have the exact same one. It's why I bought a better one when the opportunity presented itself. Sorry. I just can't agree that it's even decent. Maybe if used only occasionally, and only to do a little light engraving, but not for any halfway medium duty work.

Is the one from harbor freight able to grind metal, an other gunsmithing stuff? I have a harbor freight down the road from me, thinking about going there sometime soon
