Default Gunsmith wanted for Nevada Gun Shop

We are looking to expand our business to include gunsmithing, but we do not know where to find one that wants to relocate to NV. Any suggestions? We need someone who has their own tools and FFL and is ready to set up shop here in Mesquite, NV.

You may be hard pressed to find someone with their own tools and ffl that is willing to drop their business and customers to come and expand your business.
Supply or Atleast offer to supply tools and pay for the ffl or have them work under yours and you'll have a much better chance of finding someone.

i have to agree, especially if they have to relocate. which means the trouble and expense of settingup a new place to live and such, plus moving costs.

Send an email to Lassen College Gunsmithing department. They have students that graduate with gunsmithing certificates. They can post an ad on their bulletin board for you.

As a new prospect (I start gunsmithing school in February) I can tell you that you had my interest piqued until you said they need their own tools and FFL. The only way you'll find somebody like that is if their business went under and they're looking to start over.

My advice would be to reassess your business prospects. If it'll pay out in the end offer to help purchase tools and have them work under your FFL or offer to help pay for them to get one. You should have no problem attracting some new talent that way.

If you needed an apprentice I'd be there in a New York minute.
