FULL AUTO submachine gun
Hi guys; Infact iam not in USA so would you please guys cosider this point when talking to me ; Iam a mechanical engineer and Iam fully aware of (almost) metals properties used in making submachine guns and heat treating them Iam not asking you to help me in making it so; just tell me about your experience in gunsmithing NOT IN MAKING FULL_AUTO SUBMACHINE GUNS ; I hope to hear a REAL answer from a REAL GUNSMITHER not a man who knows nothing but few names of guns and some LAW .

I guess I don't see your question? There are many gunsmiths on this site - some active and some retired. Few non-military gunsmiths in the USA have any experience with full autos.

chewchew, as a reminder, the OP stated that he is not in the US and, as such, Home Land Security may not apply.
My concern is as a mechanical engineer, why is he coming to us for info on how to make one of the simplest designs in firearms?

I've read that post 4 times now and I am still at a loss as to what the question is. 
Unless you are making a brand new variation or a weapon from scratch components, all existing full auto weapons have drop in parts that are manufactured already. While a gunsmith might be needed to fine tune or custom fit some pieces, it's very rare to ever have to machine from scratch a component for an existing platform.
The obvious reason would be you can't legally own the part in question, like an auto sear for the AR/M4/M16 platform, in which case knowing all the metallurgy in the world isn't going to help you if you get caught. 
And yes, I am aware he is not from the US, but that does not mean he is from a country that allows citizens to own what we would consider Class III weapons.

Well he says he's not from the US but this being the internet who knows? Suffice to say what he is inquiring about is illegal in most countries.
