S it possible to put a free float barrel on my stag model8?
you should be able to as long as it is the same length as the one you have now. but I don't know about a handguard length that would go over the piston gas block. I would contact STAG and ask them

I did a little more research and found that Samson makes a free float quad rail that works with the gas piston on my model 8 they also offer a couple variations. So in light of my new found option I'm going to drop the 320 and grab 1. If any1 is looking to grab an mi desert tan quad I'll b selling mine for a deal and a half

you will not be disappointed with the Sampson rail ... a very good piece of equipment
