First build suggestions

So I am considering taking on my first gun build. I am excited and thought I would get your opinions. The factors in my Decision are listed from most to least important
Cost
Amount of tools needed(only of weird tools)
Difficulty
Time

Now I would prefer a semi automatic rifle in military sized round. If you can convince me to try something else then by all means go ahead. Also if you'd be interested in me making like a follow the build page when I start it let me know as I am considering that.

Also some rifles I like to help you get an idea of the guns I like(no particular order)

Sks
Ak47/74
Ar15(however well out of price range)
FAL

Alright so thanks for your help in advance and have a good day everybody!

Why is an AR-15 out of your price range? What is your price range? You could do a nice AR build in the $700 range if not cheaper and it's a "military" sized round.

Well to me it is alot of money. Also I like it as like an if I can't find anything else type of gun. Because obviously people build it. I want something not necessarily rare but I kind of have a yearning for something that not everyone will get to be shooting at the ranges and that my friends and I have not shot before. And I'm also one of those people who likes to beat the best brand names and stuff with hardwork. Like trying to beat a Ferrari with a mustang. Do you understand?

Build a Gatling gun. The prints are for a .22. You don't really need any special tools if you have a mill and a lathe

Ha too bad I'm missing the mill and the lathe
