Default EEA Witness .45 ACP sights

I believe this weapon is stock and am wondering if the rear sight can be adjusted. Is it a dovetail fit that can be knocked side to side? If it can be done by me, what would be the best way?

Or should I just find a gunsmith and have adjustable sights installed. If so, any idea how much I'd be looking to spend?

Thanks for any comments.
