Default Cold Bluing Win 94 Post 64 receiver

Is it possible to cold blue the Win 94 post 64 cast receiver? Any different techniques anyone has used thats been successful?

C3 thanks for posting the method, great info. I have a President 64 but it never hurts. I heard that this method also works on SS. What do you think?
