Has anyone used this to clean rust from barrels or clean their Stainless weapons?
I see the commercial and the rust being removed, what do you think?

I don't know how it would work Shihan. Are you going to be our guinea pig and try it? I just use 0000 steel wool or a fine wire brush and a good penetrating oil.

DO NOT GET THAT WITHIN 30' for a blued gun.

CLR will strip bluing off just about any firearm.

I was under the impression he was going to try it on a stainless gun. You're right about bluing being stripped.

So it would be good to strip the bluing to prepare it for Re-bluing? How about freshening a stainless piece?

Works great to prep metal for bluing. I wouldn't use it on stainless my self as it my discolor it. That CLR stuff is rather potent.
