I have done a type 53 trigger job I posted in here about it several months ago. I can tell you exactly what to do and i'll provide a video. First buy this or on ebay (this is a good price) http://www.amazon.com/Mosin-Nagant-Trigger-Spring-Free/dp/B00B4XUNTK
, install the shim which eliminates creep, then add the trigger return spring inside of the actually trigger and put the trigger pin through the "O" shaped hole in the spring. Polish the sear with sandpaper, the flattest part, use a very high grit the highest you can find to smooth all machining marks on the sear. Iraqveteran8888 does it with a belt sander but he does this daily so you only would need sandpaper.
