Default ballpark estimate needed

i'm thinking about getting an old revolver of mine fixed. it is a webley mk4 38s&w top break. i wanna get it blued and i need to get the cylinder looked at because it was shaving a little bit of lead when i last shot it. I know getting it re-blued/re-finished will ruin the collector value but it's worth more to me and i would like to get it looking like a brand new gun. can anyone give me a vague price for this?

thank you

Complete strip down and re-blue would be around $100 ( Depending on how much TLC prior to bluing ) in our shop.

The cylinder work could be super easy, or it could be a headache. We would have to look at it to give you an estimate, but shop rate is $75/hour and something like that, I would be surprised if it took more than 3 hours to fix on the LONG and painful side.

Hope that helps.
