Live in ct and my buffer tube has no position wholes, I also just purchased a magpul stock. I'm wondering if the new magpul stock will work with my existing buffer tube or do I need to buy a new 1

First thing, check your gun laws.
Is the buffer tube for either an A1 or A2 style fixed stock? If so you will need to get a new one. Also what model is the stock?
