IMO, the one thing you need in a gun fight is a gun. If you are pleased with your choice and it works for you, then so be it. Having made your decision is better that asking us to help you decide.

I, for one, can set aside my bias (unless I'm kidding) towards other firearms when serious questions are asked. And the only dumb questions are those that are not asked.

I had heard of this some years ago. They had some quality issues....
Fiocchi brass = suspect? GFL headstamps & pics [Archive] - Calguns.net

If you contact them, they will send you some new stuff to make it right.
Thanks for the thread!! I have a few ammo cans of .380, .45acp that I bought years ago, but keep for when I may need it. It is all S&B, but I was not sure. I found 8 boxes of Winchester 175gr Silvertip HP 10mm (25 ct), 2 boxes of 180gr lead 10mm(50 ct) and 3 boxes of 9x18 95gr FMJ while going through it!! The 180gr lead have price tags of $9.00 on them and the 9x18 CCI $6.00 (1 box), comblok 9x18..$4.00. So far in my travels through the house I have found a total of 6 boxes of 9x18 in a few weeks!! I gotta take my Pa63 out and shoot some of the 9x18 up. I bought 6 boxes just a few months ago thinking I was out.

I just got off the phone with service and they told me that the stuff I was shooting was old but it should not have done that. He also said that no mater what the gun should not be the cause of the splits. He also said no one has ever called with the problem, and I also sent a link to the web forum where there were other problmes with the split.
