IMO, the one thing you need in a gun fight is a gun. If you are pleased with your choice and it works for you, then so be it. Having made your decision is better that asking us to help you decide.
I, for one, can set aside my bias (unless I'm kidding) towards other firearms when serious questions are asked. And the only dumb questions are those that are not asked.
