Default 308 barrel cut, crown and threading

I have a 22" barrel on my Ruger .308 and want to cut it to 18" and have it threaded to put a muzzle brake on. I've only done minor customizations to my firearms and don't want to get screwed on price. What billfold ballpark am I looking at?
