I think some classical would be better, maybe some of that "elevator music" as prep/warmup.

The vitamin string quartet has o lot of renditions of modern songs that would work quite well i think

From what I've been told, Classical dulls the other senses so that you can focus more effectivly. That said, I have a playlist full of hard rock to go out on a rooftop to. And an ammo can full of "8mm"

Most anything from Astrocreep 2000 by White Zombie has a good driving bass beat to keep the action moving well.
